It is so strange...and so sad that most people don't have time for Jesus, In fact, Far too many 'quote unquote' Christians don't have much time for Jesus.
After all, we have so much to do, so much, so many things that just have to be done...and usually...right now...REALLY?
And yet...
IT IS A FACT:
Reverence for God adds hours to each day.
In case you didn't notice, allow me to remind you AND ME...ESPECIALLY ME...that the word hour has an "S" firmly attached to it.
Yes, Anyone who is seriously interested in picking up some extra HOURS each day...Here is HOW IT IS DONE.
REVERENCE FOR GOD...TIME WITH GOD...
In fact, one unit of time with Jesus is BETTER than a thousand units of time...ANYWHERE ELSE.
Reverence For GOD Adds Hours To Each Day
I recently experienced the fulfillment of this
beautiful timesaving promise.
Mary Alice Hawker King, my precious wife of 63 years
went home to be with JESUS October 11, 2008 and we
had not been active in a local church for several years
and I felt a need to associate with a fellowship of believers
who know and love JESUS and so I was thinking about
checking out a near by Nazarene Church and then I
remembered that there was a small church even closer
and also a Baptist Church not far away and as I was
thinking about visiting all three and then deciding I was
make to realize that GOD already knows where HE
wants me to be so as I am thinking about that I decided
to visit the small church which was closest to my
home and I felt that I would not be at all surprised if this
turned out to be where GOD wanted me to be.
The next morning I went to the church which happened
to be ElK Plain Community Church and spent about
an hour with Len Phillips the pastor and within 15 or 20
minutes I felt very strongly that this was to be my new
church home.
Yes, Reverence for GOD adds hours to each day.
I must do this more often...WOW..HE keeps every promise!
Every time!
And Jesus will, in effect, drop everything He is doing right now, Just to spend THE DAY with YOU or ME IF we will let Him.
So? What are we waiting for?
